What is the return policy?
Due to hygiene and customisation reason, we do not accept returns or exchanges. Unless the item received is:
o Faulty
o Incorrect
o Has manufacturing defect.
Conditions for eligible returns: the item must be unused,unwashed , and in original packaging. The return request must be made within 5 days of receiving, so we can evaluate the issue as quickly as possible.

Our products are manufactured both locally and globally. We carefully select our manufacturing partners to ensure our products are high quality and a fair value.
How long does delivery take? & What are the shipping prices ?
2-5 days working days if you have ordered within the Uk. Shipping is calculated based on your location and the items in your order. You will always know the shipping price before you purchase.
